Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kacey Musgraves Official Store gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
